I authorize Restaurant Workers United to be my collective bargaining representative in all matters relating to wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment at my current and future employers, and I request and accept membership in Restaurant Workers United. I agree to be bound by the Constitution of Restaurant Workers United and its bylaws.
Por el presente autorizo a Restaurant Workers United ser mi representante, reconocido o certificado, de negociaciones colectivos en todo lo relacionado a mi salario, horas, términos y condiciones de trabajo con mi empleador o empleadores actuales y cualesquier empleadores futuros, y solicito y acepto ser miembro de Restaurant Workers United.
